Removing and installing charge air pipe

  Remove

1.   Remove radiator
•   with air conditioning
•   without air conditioning
2.   Detach charge air pipe (1) from radiator
•   Release clamp (3)
•   Unscrew bolt (2)
Object Number: 8230481 Size: DEFAULT


  Install

3.   Attach charage air pipe to radiator
•   Tighten bolt 5 Nm
•   Tighten clamp 3.5 Nm
4.   Install radiator
•   with air conditioning
•   without air conditioning
