Replace coolant temperature sensor > < Replace tank vent valve

Replace coolant temperature sensor

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Remove coolant temperature sensor
•   Disconnect wiring harness plug (1)
•   Place collecting pan underneath.
•   Unscrew coolant temperature sensor (2)

  Install

3.   Install coolant temperature sensor
•   Tighten coolant temperature sensor 18 Nm
•   Fix wiring harness plug
4.   Fill and bleed cooling system LUREF_1.gif
5.   Close bonnet

Replace coolant temperature sensor > < Replace tank vent valve
