Spark Plugs, Remove and Install
 Remove

Unclip engine wiring trough (1) from cylinder head

Lay wiring trough to one side

Disconnect DIS ignition module wiring harness plug (2)

|
| 4. |
Remove DIS-ignition module
| • |
Remove cover of DIS-ignition module in the direction of the
arrow
Note: Note arrow on
cover

Remove from spark plugs using KM-6009

|
|
|
| 5. |
Remove spark plugs with KM-6363
|
Install
| 6. |
Install spark plugs with KM-6363
25 Nm
|
| 7. |
Install DIS ignition module (1) with KM-6009
Note: When installing a
new DIS-ignition module it is not necessary to replace the
gaskets

Fit DIS ignition module cover

Connect DIS ignition module wiring harness plug
|
| 9. |
Clip engine wiring trough to cylinder head
|
|
