Oxygen Sensor > < Replace camshaft sensor

Replace knock sensor

  Remove

1.   Raise vehicle
2.   Remove intake manifold support (3)
•   Unscrew 2x bolts (2) and (4)
•   Detach vacuum hose (1)
Object Number: 2412900 Size: DEFAULT


3.   Disconnect knock sensor wiring harness plug (2)
4.   Remove knock sensor
•   Unscrew bolt (1)
Object Number: 2412901 Size: DEFAULT


5.   Clean contact surface

  Install

6.   Install knock sensor
Important:   It is essential to comply with the specified tightening torque
•   Tighten bolt 20 Nm
7.   Install intake manifold support
•   Tighten 2x bolt 8 Nm
•   Attach vacuum hose
8.   Lower vehicle
