Air Cleaner Housing, Replace (Z16XE1 / A16XER /
Z16XER)
 Remove
Warning: On vehicles with LPG
systems, check the pressure relief hose for damage. If the pressure
relief hose is damaged, it is essential to replace this. Faulty or
old hose points must be replaced. When fitting the pressure relief
hose, ensure it is correctly seated and fastened. Risk of explosion
and fire!

Remove air cleaner housing with air intake pipe

Disconnect intake air temperature sensor wiring harness plug

Detach air intake pipe (4)
|

Detach air intake pipe
|
| 4. |
Detach air cleaner housing cover
| • |
Remove air filter element
|
|
|
|
Install
| 5. |
Attach air cleaner housing cover
| • |
Remove air filter element
|
|
| 6. |
Fit air intake manifold pipe
|
| 7. |
Install air cleaner housing
| • |
Disconnect intake air temperature sensor wiring harness
plug
