| Complaint: |
Power loss, SVS on, DTC P1106 (11) stored.
Boost pressure out of desired position. |
| Cause: |
Wrong atmospheric pressure sensor installed
(Bosch part-no: 261 002 137 instead of 261 230 009). Because of the
different characteristic curves of the two sensors the wrong sensor
shows a pressure of approx. 0,47 bar (47kPa) instead of the real
ambient-air pressure which results in a limitation of the boost
pressure and DTC P1106 (11). |

Remedy:
In case of customer complaint check first the atmospheric
pressure in Tech 2 datalist (value available as of TIS 2000-DVD,
version 74). If the wrong sensor is installed install correct
pressure sensor GM part-no: 9117763 / catalogue-no.: 62 38 084
(Bosch part-no: 261 230 009).
