Replace turbocharger solenoid valve > < Vacuum Reservoir, Replace

Intercooler, Replace (Z 20 LEH)

  Remove

1.   Radiator, Remove (Z 20 LEH) LUREF_1.gif
Object Number: 8231255 Size: DEFAULT

2.   Detach condenser from intercooler
•   Unscrew 3x bolts (arrows)
•   Detach auxiliary fan wiring harness from intercooler
– Undo cable tie
•   Remove intercooler

  Install

3.   Install intercooler
Important:   Insert bolt with screw locking compound
•   Tighten 4x bolt 5 Nm
•   Attach auxiliary fan wiring harness to intercooler
– Attach cable ties
4.   Radiator, Install (Z 20 LEH) LUREF_1.gif
