Removing and installing exhaust manifold with turbocharger > < Replace air intake pipe

Removing and installing charge air pipe

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   For Z 20 LEH engines:
•   Disconnect wiring harness plug, charge pressure sensor (1)
Object Number: 8231247 Size: DEFAULT


3.   Detach charge air pipe (2)
•   Undo 2x clamps (1)
•   Remove charge air pipe
Object Number: 3446514 Size: DEFAULT


  Install

4.   Insert charge air pipe
5.   Tighten 2x clamps 3.5 Nm
6.   For Z 20 LEH engines:
•   Connect wiring harness plug for charge pressure sensor
7.   Close bonnet
