Replace charge air pipe to intercooler

  Remove

1.   Remove radiator
2.   Detach charge air hose (1) from turbocharger to charge air pipe
•   Release clamp
Object Number: 2408329 Size: DEFAULT


3.   Detach charge air pipe from catalytic converter
•   Unscrew 2x nuts
4.   Raise vehicle by its full height
5.   Detach charge air hose (1) from intercooler
•   Release clamp
Object Number: 18674665 Size: DEFAULT


  Install

6.   Attach charge air hose to intercooler
•   Fasten clamp
7.   Lower vehicle by its full height
8.   Attach charge air pipe to catalytic converter
•   Tighten 2x nuts
9.   Attach charge air hose to turbocharger
•   Tighten clamp
10.   Install radiator
