  Remove

2.   Attach transmission to KM-6115 (2) 3.   Attach transmission to KM-113-2 (1) using KM-6115

6.   F17+: Remove gearbox cover (2) Note:   Shift transmission to neutral position F17+ MTA: Remove gearshift module Note:   Shift transmission to neutral position 7.   Unscrew reversing lamps switch (1) 8.   Remove end shield cover (4) 9.   Remove end shield (3)

12.   Remove central release (5) 13.   Remove pressure line (4) and pressure line fixing sleeve (3) •   F17+ •   F17+ MTA 14.   Remove bearing for main (2) and drive shaft (1) from transmission housing •   up to MY 2007.5 •   from MY 2008

15.	Remove 2x axle shaft seal ring

  Install

18.   Install bearings for main (2) and drive shaft (1) •   up to MY 2007.5 •   from MY 2008 19.   Install differential 20.   Install pressure line (4), transmission housing, pressure line fixing sleeve (3) •   F17+ •   F17+ MTA 21.   Install central release (5)

23.   Install end shield (3) Note:   Note magnet. 24.   Attach end shield cover (4) 25.   F17+: Install gearbox cover (2) F17+ MTA: 26.   Fit reversing lamp switch (1) •   Tighten reversing lamp switch 20 Nm Note:   Use new seal ring.

27.	Install 2x axle shaft seal ring

29.   Detach transmission from KM-113-2 (1) using KM-6115 (2) 30.   Detach transmission from KM-6115
