Replace power steering hydraulic lines (TRW)
 Remove
|
| 1. |
Remove front axle body
|
| 2. |
Unclip holder (1) for supply and return lines from steering
gear
|
| 3. |
Remove return line (2) from oil tank for electro-hydraulic
supply unit
Note: Place collecting
pan underneath and collect escaping hydraulic fluid.
|

Detach return line from steering gear
|
| 5. |
Remove supply line (3) from electro-hydraulic supply unit
|
| 6. |
Remove supply line from steering gear
|
|
Install
|
| 7. |
Place supply line (2) with new seal ring on steering gear
|
| 8. |
Place supply line with new seal ring on electro-hydraulic
supply unit
|
| 9. |
Place return line (1) with new seal ring on steering gear
|
| 10. |
Place return line (1) with new retaining strap to
electro-hydraulic supply unit
|
| 11. |
Clip holder (3) for supply and return lines to steering
gear
|
| 12. |
Tighten supply and return line on steering gear 30 Nm
|
| 13. |
Tighten supply line on electro-hydraulic supply line 30 Nm
|
|
| 14. |
Fasten return line with retaining strap and KM-J-22610 to electro-hydraulic supply unit
|
| 15. |
Install front axle body
|
| 16. |
Charge and bleed hydraulic system 
|
