Replace power steering hydraulic lines (ZF)
 Remove

Remove front axle body
|
| 3. |
Remove supply line (2) and return line (3) from steering
gear
Note: Oil runs out -
use catchment tray.

Remove supply and return line from electro-hydraulic supply
unit
Note: Oil runs out, use
catchment tray.

Remove supply and return line from electro-hydraulic supply
unit

|
Install
| 5. |
Attach supply and return line to steering gear with new seal
rings 16 Nm
|
| 6. |
Attach supply and return line to electro-hydraulic supply unit
with new seal rings 16 Nm
|
| 7. |
Clip holder for supply and return lines to steering gear
|
| 8. |
Install front axle body
|
| 9. |
Charge and bleed hydraulic system 
|
