Removal Procedure

Unclip the generator wiring
harness clip from the exhaust gas recirculation valve vacuum tank
(2). |
7. |
Remove the turbocharger
wastegate actuator hose (1). |
8. |
Remove the turbocharger
wastegate actuator pipe (4). |
9. |
Remove the 2 exhaust gas
recirculation valve vacuum tank bolts (3). |
10. |
Remove the exhaust gas
recirculation valve vacuum tank (2). |
11. |
Remove the positive crankshaft
ventilation oil separator drain hose clamp (1) from the positive
crankshaft ventilation oil separator (2). |
12. |
Remove the positive crankshaft
ventilation oil separator drain hose clamp (4) from the positive
crankshaft ventilation tube (3). |
13. |
Remove the positive crankshaft
ventilation oil separator drain hose (5). |
Installation Procedure
1. |
Install the positive
crankshaft ventilation oil separator drain hose (5). |
2. |
Install the positive
crankshaft ventilation oil separator drain hose clamp (4) to the
positive crankshaft ventilation tube (3). |
3. |
Install the positive
crankshaft ventilation oil separator drain hose clamp (1) to the
positive crankshaft ventilation oil separator (2). |
4. |
Install the exhaust gas
recirculation valve vacuum tank (2). |
5. |
Install the 2 exhaust gas
recirculation valve vacuum tank bolts (3) and tighten to 22
N·m (16 lb ft) . |
6. |
Install the turbocharger
wastegate actuator pipe (4). |
7. |
Install the turbocharger
wastegate actuator hose (1). |
8. |
Clip in the generator wiring
harness clip to the exhaust gas recirculation valve vacuum tank
(2). |
