Lower Oil Pan Installation

1.	Clean the sealing surfaces.

Note: Refer to electronic parts catalogue to find a suitable sealing compound.

2.	Apply sealing compound to the oil pan.

3.	Install the lower oil pan (1).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution .

4.	Install the 15 lower oil pan bolts (2) and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in) .
