Water Inlet Installation (1.7L Diesel LPL, LPV, LUB, LUD, LUE)

1. Install the water inlet along with the water pipe (1), using a NEW gasket (2).
2. Loosely install the 2 water inlet bolts (5) and the water pipe bolts (3, 4).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution .
3. Tighten the 2 water inlet bolts (5) to 24 N·m (18 lb ft) .
4. Tighten the water pipe bolt (4) to 95 N·m (70 lb ft) .
5. Tighten the water pipe bolt (3) to 24 N·m (18 lb ft) .
