Generator, Air Conditioning Compressor, and Power Steering Pump Belt Replacement

•	EN-913-A Installation Wrench

•	EN-48952 Tensioner Spring Holding Pin

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .

1.	Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .

2.	Release tension from the generator and air conditioning compressor belt.

•

Install EN-913-A wrench (1) to the tensioner bolt (2).

•

Push tensioner clockwise until EN-48952 holding pin can be installed to the bore.

3.	Remove the EN-913-A wrench (1).

4.	Remove the generator and air conditioning compressor belt (1)

1.	Install the generator and air conditioning compressor belt (1)

2.	Bring tension to the generator and air conditioning compressor belt.

•

Install EN-913-A wrench (1) to the tensioner bolt (2).

•

Push tensioner clockwise until EN-48952 holding pin can be removed.

3.	Let the EN-913-A wrench slowly slide anticlockwise to bring tension to the generator and air conditioning compressor belt.

4.	Remove the EN-913-A wrench .

5.	Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .

6.	Close the hood.
