Preliminary Procedures

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to . Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
2. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to . Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging
3. Remove the headlamp. Refer to . Headlamp Replacement
4. Loosen power steering fluid reservoir screw. Refer to . Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Replacement
5. Remove brake pipes from the dash lower extension panel.
6. Remove engine mount.
•  1.3 Diesel LSF. Refer to Engine Mount Replacement
•  1.4 LDD, LUJ. Refer to Engine Mount Replacement - Right Side
•  1.6 LDE, LLU. Refer to Engine Mount Replacement
•  1.7 Diesel LPV, LPL. Refer to Engine Mount Replacement - Right Side
•  2.0 Diesel LBS. Refer to Engine Mount Replacement
