Gutter, Replace

On vehicles up to Ident. No. L 2547 101; L 5053 351

Remove

Remove glass panel - see operation "Glass Panel, Replace".

Unscrew gutter from operating unit and lift from roof cut-out.

Install

Insert gutter in roof cut-out at a slant.

Push gutter to stop on both sides. This forces retaining lugs into gutter guide (outer).

Screw gutter to operating unit.

Install glass panel - see operation "Glass Panel, Replace".

Note:

Before installing gutter, close sun screen completely.

Gutter, Replace On vehicles as of Ident. No. L 2547 102; L 5053 352

Remove

Remove glass panel - see corresponding operation.

Unscrew gutter (1) from actuating unit and raise out of roof opening.

       (2 screws, allen screw, self-locking)

Install

Analogously in reverse order.

Note:

Before installing gutter, close sun screen completely.
