Unscrew side cover from transmission - see operation "Side Cover, Seal". Remove solenoid valves 2-3 switch (2) (illus. II). Remove solenoid valve 1-2/3-4 switch (3) (illus. II). Remove solenoid valve converter clutch (4) (illus. III). Remove fluid pressure regulator (1) and retaining bracket (illus. IV). Notice: Pressure regulator solenoid valve is not available as a single part and if defective must be replaced together with the valve body.
 Install, Connect Install solenoid valve 2-3 switch (2), solenoid valve 1-2/3-4 switch (3), converter clutch solenoid valve (4) with new O-ring to valve body - 7 Nm / 5 lbf. ft. Fluid pressure regulator (1) and bracket with new rubber O-seal ring to valve body - 7 Nm / 5 lbf. ft. Attach cable bracket and wiring harness plug. Screw on side cover to transmission, check fluid level and correct. |
