Front Frame Side Member RHD, Replace (Partial
Replacement)
Special economy parts are available for partial replacement.
Partial replacement "long" is an add-on to the operation "Spring
Strut Mount, Replace".
 Remove

Note: Observe size of
new part!

Install

Prepare and adjust front frame side member to fit

Chamfer residual flange at separation point
|
| 5. |
Weld in front frame side member (butt weld)
Note: Butt weld seam
must not be smoothened.

Apply protective wax
