Mark door hinge as illustrated (I).

Smooth and align door hinge contact face.
Note: Note cable
routing in B-pillar. Protect passenger compartment with spark
protection cover.

Install

Fix door hinge in marked position (II)
|

Check position and weld firmly in position
Note: With continuous
weld seam!

Seal cavity
