Seat Belt, Front, Remove and Install (Model F08 & W5L)

Remove

1.	Remove inner panelling, front of rear quarter panel (model F 08 & W5L)

Detach guide fitting (1) from height adjuster

•	Unscrew bolt

Detach upper belt guidance system (2) from B-pillar

•	Unscrew 2x bolt

Detach reel retractor (3) from B-pillar

•	Unscrew bolt

Detach seat belt from underbody at the side (4)

•	Unscrew bolt

6.	Remove front seat belt

Install

7.	Ensure correct seating lower belt guidance system (1) Note: Damaged belt guidance systems must be replaced.

Attach seat belt to underbody at the side 35 Nm

•	Tighten the bolt

Attach reel retractor to B-pillar

•	Tighten bolt 35 Nm

10.

Attach upper belt guidance system to B-pillar

•	Tighten 2x bolt 1.5 Nm

11.

Attach guide fitting to height adjuster

•	Tighten bolt 35 Nm

12.	Install inner panelling, front of rear quarter panel (model F 08 & W5L)
