Camshaft Housing Cover, Remove and Install (Z 17 DTH, with Air Conditioning, LHD) > < Camshaft Housing Gasket, Replace

All Roller Cam Followers, Replace

  Remove

1.   Remove camshaft housing
Object Number: 2408388 Size: DEFAULT

2.   Remove 16x roller cam follower
•   Unclip 16x roller cam follower from hydraulic valve lifter

3.   Inspect components
•   16x hydraulic valve lifter
•   16x valve
•   2x camshaft

  Install

4.   Insert 16x roller cam follower
•   Clip in 16x roller cam follower
Note:   Before installation, soak the roller cam followers in engine oil.
5.   Install camshaft housing

Camshaft Housing Cover, Remove and Install (Z 17 DTH, with Air Conditioning, LHD) > < Camshaft Housing Gasket, Replace
