J335500 Flywheel, Remove and Install (Z 18 XE, with Air Conditioning, LHD)

  Remove

1.   Remove manual transmission
2.   Remove clutch
3.   Detach flywheel
•   Remove 6 bolts
•   Remove KM-652 (1)
Object Number: 2392734 Size: DEFAULT


  Install

4.   Recut crankshaft thread.
5.   Clean flywheel
6.   Attach flywheel
•   Renew bolts
•   Tighten 6x bolts 35 Nm + 30° + 15°
– Lock with KM-652 (2)
7.   Install clutch
8.   Install manual transmission
