Replacing atmospheric pressure sensor > < Dynamic Oil Level Check Sensor, Replace (Z 17 DTH, With Air Conditioning, LHD)

Air Intake Pipe, Replace (Z 17 DTH, with Air Conditioning, LHD)

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Disconnect battery
•   Detach ground cable
3.   Remove air intake pipe (1)
•   Unclip wiring harness
•   Unscrew 2 bolts
•   Release 2x clamp
•   Detach engine vent hose
Object Number: 2412653 Size: DEFAULT


  Install

4.   Install air intake manifold
•   2 bolts
•   Attach wiring harness
•   Attach engine vent hose
•   Fasten clamp 5 Nm
5.   Raise vehicle
6.   Attach air intake pipe to turbocharger
Important:   Ensure the turbocharger is seated correctly!
•   Fasten clamp 5 Nm
7.   Lower vehicle
8.   Connect battery
•   Connect ground cable.
9.   Program volatile memory
10.   Close bonnet
