 Remove

Remove engine cover.

Unscrew oil filler pipe cap

Screw on oil filler pipe cap
|
|
| 3. |
Detach intake hose (1) from throttle valve module and hot film
mass air flow meter

Detach engine vent hose (2)
|
|
|
|
| 4. |
Disconnect wiring harness plug for throttle valve module
(5)

| 5. |
Detach 2x preheater hoses for throttle valve module (2, 3)
| • |
Place collecting basin underneath.
|
|
| 6. |
Pull engine vent hose (4) from throttle valve module
|
| 7. |
Pull fuel evaporation hose (1) from throttle valve module
|
| 8. |
Remove throttle valve module
|
|
|
Install
| 9. |
Clean sealing surfaces
|
| 10. |
Install throttle valve module
| • |
Replace gasket
| – |
Pay attention to guide sleeves
|
|
|
| 11. |
Attach fuel evaporation hose
|
| 12. |
Attach engine vent hose
|
| 13. |
Install preheater hoses for throttle body module
|
| 14. |
Connect wiring harness plug for throttle valve module
|
| 15. |
Install intake hose
| • |
Attach engine vent hose
|
|
| 16. |
Install engine cover.
| • |
Unscrew oil filler pipe cap
|
| • |
Screw on oil filler pipe cap
|
|
| 17. |
Check and correct coolant level
|
|
