Component Locator > < Dismantle and assemble intermediate shaft (F23)

Corsa C

Replace intermediate shaft bearing in clutch housing (F23)

  Remove

1.   Dismantle transmission
Object Number: 2415555 Size: DEFAULT

2.   Remove intermediate shaft bearing from clutch housing (4)
•   Remove retainer (2)
– Use circlip pliers (1)
•   Knock intermediate shaft out with KM-248 (3)

  Install

3.   Clean bearing seating and groove for retainer in clutch housing
Object Number: 2415556 Size: DEFAULT

4.   Insert new intermediate shaft bearing in clutch housing (5) and secure
•   Drive intermediate shaft in with KM-6119 (4) and KM-523-1 (3)
•   Insert new retainer (2)
– Use circlip pliers (1)
– Ensure that the retainer is correctly seated in the clutch housing

5.   Assemble transmission
6.   Install transmission
