Remove and install fuel hose for add-on heater
fuel dosing pump
Affects diesel engines
Warning: Fuel
escapes – observe safety measures and national
legislation.
 Remove

Detach fuel hose (1) for add-on heater fuel dosing pump from
connection (arrow)

| 3. |
Detach add-on heater for fuel dosing pump (2) from
crash-box

Unscrew and remove fastening nut (3)
|

| 4. |
Detach fuel hose from dosing pump add-on heater
|
|
|
Install
| 5. |
Attach fuel hose on add-on fuel dosing pump
Note: Use new clamp
|
| 6. |
Install fuel dosing pump add-on heater at crash box
|
| 7. |
Install fuel hose for fuel dosing pump add-on heater with new
clamp at connection for fuel hose
|
| 8. |
Connect battery earth cable.
|
| 9. |
Program volatile memories
|
| 10. |
Check fuel system for leaks

With the engine running
