Relay Frame – Engine Compartment, Remove and
Install
 Remove

Detach cover of relay box

Release wiring harnesses as necessary
|

Disconnect necessary wiring harness plugs and detach earth
connections
|

Unclip relay frame (arrows)

Release front wiring harness (2)
|
|
| 4. |
The relay frame comprises three modules
| 1. |
Fan module |
| 2. |
Main fuse carrier |
| 3. |
Light module |
| 4. |
Wiring harness clips |

| 5. |
Set relay frame aside with released wiring harnesses
| • |
Release all the wiring harnesses and remove relay frame
|
|
Install
| 6. |
Connect all the wiring harnesses to the relay frame
|
| 7. |
Install relay frame
| • |
Position wiring harnesses and connect wiring harness plug
|
|
| 8. |
Attach relay box cover
|
| 10. |
Program volatile memories
|
