Rear door, remove and install
 Remove
| 1. |
Detach door check link from B-pillar
|
| 2. |
Separate rear door (3) wiring harness plug
| • |
Push in wiring harness plug quick-release fastening
|
| • |
Disconnect wiring harness connector.
|
|
| 3. |
Detach rear door
| • |
Unscrew 2x bolt (2) from hinge
|
|
| 4. |
Remove rear door
Note: 2nd person
required
| • |
Remove door up out of hinge
|
|
|
|
Install
| 5. |
Install rear door
Note: 2nd person
required
| • |
Insert door in hinge from above
|
|
| 7. |
Connect rear door wiring harness plug
| • |
Insert wiring harness plug until fast closure engages
|
|
| 8. |
Attach door check link to B-pillar
| • |
Tighten bolt
Note: Use locking
compound when inserting bolt!

| 9. |
Fit rear door
