Removing and installing cup tappet > < Cylinder Head, Remove and Install

Corsa D

Replace engine vent pipe

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Remove rear toothed belt cover LUREF_1.gif
3.   Unclip wiring duct from cylinder head cover
4.   Detach engine vent pipe (4) from cylinder head cover
•   Undo quick-release fitting (1)
•   Unclip line
•   Remove quick-release fitting (2) from cylinder head cover
– Detach locking bracket (3)

5.   Remove engine vent pipe
•   Detach vacuum line (4)
– Cut 2x cable tie (1)
– Open insulation
•   Detach quick-release fitting (3) from turbocharger intake pipe
•   Unscrew bolt (2)
Object Number: 9008500 Size: DEFAULT


  Install

6.   Attach engine vent pipe
•   Tighten bolt
•   Attach quick-release fitting to turbocharger intake pipe
•   Attach vacuum line
– Close insulation
– Attach 2x cable tie
7.   Install engine vent pipe
•   Connect quick-release fitting
•   Clip in line
•   Attach engine vent hose to cylinder head cover
– Attach locking bracket
8.   Install rear toothed belt cover LUREF_1.gif
9.   Close bonnet
