Closing Function

The sliding roof can also be automatically closed when the vehicle is locked via the central door locking system:

Hold key in driver's door at 30° to the rear or, for vehicles with infrared central locking, press the large button in the key until the sliding roof has closed.

Closure of the sliding roof can be prevented before the ignition is switched off by tapping the preselection switch rotary knob.

At the closure point, the sliding roof motor operates at decreased speed.
