The features are self - diagnosis with TECH 1, and, for ABS - 2SH with TC, the traction control. In addition, a modified hydraulic modulator is used. For the first time, version coding via TECH 1 is possible for the ABS - 2SH with TC.
In vehicles with TC, the Motronic M 2.8.1 is engaged to switch oft certain injectors completely or partially, thus reducing the engine torque. This prevents the drive wheels spinning.
In version coding with TECH 1 (only ABS - 2SH with TC), the following parameters can be changed:
- Manual or automatic transmission version of vehicle - Vehicle engine version (X 25 XE or X 30 XE).
