Cause of Fault:

·   Ignition OFF

·   Disconnect plug X 25P from control unit U 4.8

·   Connect ohmmeter between X 25P / Ter. 13 and ground

·   Ignition ON

·   Actuate "TC" tip switch

·   Lead interruption between

     - plug connection X 1 / Ter. 62 and control unit U 4.8 / X 25P / Ter. 13

     - TC switch S 33 / Ter. 11 and ground

·   TC switch S 33 defective

·   Control unit U 4.8 defective
