Accumulator Piston

 

The cover of the 3 - 4 gear accumulator piston has a special coating made of a black sealing material.

This new cover does not require any additional seal rings in contrast to the previously used aluminium cover.

A new special service tool is required for the removal and installation of the accumulator piston. he removal and installation are described in detail in the Service Instructions and the Checking Procedures, Omega - B, group K.
