Product description 1 - Spot weld tape |
• Spot-weldable, 12 mm wide self-adhesive spot weld tape. • For body flanges, with the exception of flanges cemented in production. |

• Conductive zinc powder on self-adhesive tape carrier. |

Pre-treatment |
• Grind surface, clean with silicone remover. • Do not use spot weld tape in conjunction with the corrosion protection adhesive sealing system. |

• Grind body sheet metal bare, degrease. |

Application |
• Position self-adhesive roller tape centrally on welding flange. • Remove backing paper. |

• Aluminium-coloured corrosion protection primer for spot weld zones. |

• Grind surface, clean with silicone remover and prime. |

• Use Telescopic Handgun MKM-950. • Handgun can also be used for processing conventional 310 ml cartridges. • Spray patterns. - Bead application (for seams) - Flange coating (for underbody protection, rough, fine, very fine and variable structures). |

• Solvent-free, top-coatable 1-component sealant for folded edges. • In visible area, as application beads at joints. |
