Front Safety Belt
All models are equipped at the front with automatic 3 point safety belts with height adjustment (1), 100 mm/4 in. adjustment range, 5 catch positions. The pyrotechnic seat belt tensioner (2) is standard (see corresponding section). The lap belt (3) is bolted directly to the seat. To hold the belt to the contours of the B pillar, a belt guide (5) is bolted between the height adjuster and the reel retractor (4). • Service In production, the front safety belt is installed as a module together with the B pillar inner panelling. The height adjuster and the reel retractor are bolted from the outside (6). |
