Brake Circuit - Location in Vehicle  

All Vectra-B vehicles are standard equipped with ABS.  

Two different systems are used, as shown in the table, depending on the engine version.

The ABS 5/TC is equipped with integrated traction control with braking compensation.

Illus. F 5131 shows the locations of the brake circuits in the vehicle.  

The Vectra-B does not require brake proportioning valves, as the braking force is regulated via the ABS.  

This reduces the amount of separation points in the circuit system and thus decreases the risk of leaks.
