Temperature Switch - Fan Motors, Remove and Install
Notice:
The operation is described for a vehicle with air conditioning, for vehicles without air conditioning proceed analogously.
Remove, Disconnect
Remove upper coolant hose (1) from radiator and thermostat housing - collect escaping coolant.
Remove refrigerant line bracket (3) from radiator and refrigerant lines.
Remove right and left radiator retaining bracket (4) from the air deflector panel.
Disconnect wiring harness plug (5) from fan motor temperature switch and auxiliary fan motor temperature switch and remove both temperature switches (2).
Install, Connect
Install both temperature switches in radiator and connect wiring harness plug.
Attach left and right radiator retaining bracket to air deflector panel.
Attach refrigerant line bracket to radiator and refrigerant lines.
Attach upper coolant hose to thermostat housing and radiator.
Top up cooling system - see operations "Cooling System, Top up and Bleed" and "Cooling System, Check for Leaks".
Remove, Disconnect 
Install, Connect
