Toothed Belt Tension, Check > < Intake Plenum Switchover Valves, Remove and Install

Switchover Valve Solenoid Valves, Remove and Install  

Notice: 

Removal and installation for the two solenoid valves is almost identical. Then remove/install the upper solenoid valve.  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Detach wiring harness plug (1) and vacuum hoses (2) from switchover valve solenoid valve.  

Remove switchover valve solenoid valve from intake plenum.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Install switchover valve solenoid valve in intake plenum.  

Connect wiring harness plug and vacuum hoses to switchover valve solenoid valve.  

Object Number: 2392868 Size: DEFAULT
