Front Left Transmission Bracket, Remove and Install (without AC)  

  Remove, Disconnect   

Disconnect torque support (1) from both torque support brackets.   Disconnect engine vent hose (2) from cylinder head cover and engine vent flange.   Disconnect coolant line (3) from cylinder head.

  Install, Connect   

Connect third Engine Transportation Shackle KM-897 (1) to cylinder head.   Attach engine to Engine Bridge MKM-883-1.     Remove, Disconnect    Detach transmission holder with engine damping block (2) from transmission and from front axle body and remove downwards.   Disconnect engine damping block from transmission bracket - note installation position.     Install, Connect    Connect engine damping block to transmission bracket - make sure that lug and recess align - tightening torque 45 Nm / 33.2 lbf. ft.   Attach transmission holder with engine damping block to transmission and to front axle body - tightening torque 60 Nm / 44 lbf. ft.

  Remove, Disconnect   

Release engine from Engine Bridge MKM-883-1 and remove engine bridge.  

Disconnect third engine transportation shackle from cylinder head.  

  Install, Connect   

Connect coolant line to cylinder head - tightening torque 15 Nm / 11.1 lbf. ft.  

Connect engine vent hose to cylinder head cover and engine vent flange.  

Connect torque support to both torque support brackets - tightening torque 60 Nm / 44.2 lbf. ft.
