Seal Ring - Front Camshaft Housing, Replace > < Front Toothed Belt Cover, Remove and Install (16 LZ2 and 20 NEJ)

Toothed Belt Tension Roller, Remove and Install (16 LZ2 and 20 NEJ)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove toothed belt - see operation "Toothed Belt, Remove and Install (16 LZ2 and 20 NEJ)".  

Remove toothed belt tension roller (1) from oil pump.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Install toothed belt tension roller - ensure that detent lever (3) engages in guide webs (2) and (4) on oil pump.  

Attach toothed belt tension roller to oil pump - 25 Nm / 18 lbf. ft.  

Install toothed belt - see operation "Toothed Belt, Remove and Install (16 LZ2 and 20 NEJ)".
