Using small screwdriver, lever off retaining clamp (2) from quick connection (1). Remove connecting hose from connection to fluid cooler line (3) - place collecting basin underneath and seal openings. Remove fluid cooling lines from transmission (4) - replace gaskets. Remove fluid cooling lines (5, 6) with connecting hoses from radiator - replace respective gaskets. Note installation position of the fluid cooling lines in order to ensure kink- and twist-free installation of the connecting hoses. Take into account rocking movement of the engine.
 Tighten (Torque) Install fluid cooling lines with new gaskets at radiator or transmission - 22 Nm / 16 lbf. ft. Secure connecting hoses at connection to fluid cooling lines (3) and to quick connection (1) with retaining clamp (2). Check transmission fluid level and correct if necessary - see operation "Transmission Fluid Level, Check and Correct". |
