Secondary Air Metal Pipe, Remove and Install (X 16 XEL) (X 16 XEJ, X 16 XEL) > < Secondary Air Combination Valve, Remove and Install (X 18 XE, X 20 XEV) (X 18 XE, X 20 XEV)

Remove and Install Secondary Air Combination Valve for Vectra B L Fuel and Exhaust System

 

Secondary Air Combination Valve, Remove and Install (X 25 XE)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove fastening bolts (3). Detach air duct hose (1) and vacuum hose (2) and remove secondary air combination valve.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Connect air guide hose and vacuum hose to secondary air combination valve.  

Insert secondary air combination valve with new gasket.  

Attach fastening bolts.  

Object Number: 616199 Size: DEFAULT  Tighten (Torque)   

Secondary air combination valve - 6 Nm / 4 lbf. ft.  

Object Number: 2393272 Size: DEFAULT
