Auxiliary Component Main Bracket, Remove and Install (with AC and Single-Piece Oil Pan)  

  Remove, Disconnect   

Drain air conditioning - see operation "Air Conditioning, Drain" in group "D".   Remove ribbed V-belt tension roller - see operation "Ribbed V-belt Tension Roller, Remove and Install".   Remove fastening bolt for oil dipstick guide tube and carefully pull oil dipstick guide tube (1) out of cylinder block.   Remove fastening bolt (2), detach coolant line from compressor and place to one side.   Attach engine to Engine Bridge MKM-883-1.   Remove front exhaust pipe.   Remove fastening bolts (arrows) and remove condenser from auxiliary component main bracket.

  Remove, Disconnect   

Release fastening bolt for engine damping block bracket (1) - fastening bolt cannot be removed.   Remove fastening bolts engine damping block bracket fastening bolts (2).   Remove fastening bolts (3), (4) and remove auxiliary aggregates support downwards.

  Install, Connect   

Connect auxiliary component main bracket to cylinder block - tightening torque 35 Nm / 25.8 lbf. ft.  

Attach engine damping block bracket (front right) to auxiliary aggregates support - tightening torque 35 Nm / 26 lbf. ft.  

Attach compressor to auxiliary aggregate support - tightening torque 35 Nm / 26 lbf. ft.  

Attach front exhaust pipe with new gasket to exhaust manifold - tightening torque - 20 Nm / 15 lbf. ft.  

Release engine from Engine Bridge MKM-883-1 and remove engine bridge.  

Attach refrigerant lines to compressor with new seal rings - 33 Nm / 24 lbf. ft.  

Insert oil dipstick guide tube with new seal rings into cylinder block and attach fastening strap of oil dipstick guide tube to power steering pump - tightening torque 25 Nm / 18 lbf. ft.  

Attach ribbed V-belt tension roller - see operation "Ribbed V-belt Tension Roller, Remove and Install".  

Charge air conditioning - see operation "Air Conditioning, Evacuate and Charge" in group "D".
