Repair work on the door - Scirocco

Before assembling a new door:

Fit sound-absorbing board and door window sill trim.

• Trim strips
• ◆ Installation sequence.
• ◆ Front - button-rear - push on sleeve - top.
• Door window
• ◆ Remove and install via window slot.
• Front guide rail
• ◆ Remove window channel from rail, remove screws.
• Door window - fixed
• ◆ Lubricate seal.

• Window channels
• ◆ Installation sequence: rear - top.
• Door lock
• Rear guide rail
• ◆ First wind window up
• Window lifter
• ◆ Secure exposed pipe in door window sill using metal plate.
• Door check strap
• Window slot seals (inner and outer)
• ◆ Secure to door panels with clips
