• ‒ → Remove door trim, protective foil and inner window slot seal.
• ‒ Loosen crank-operated window and window channel at the front.
• ‒ Remove front guide rail and triangular window.
• ‒ Install vent wing and parts removed.

Note:

If vent wings are installed in Golf vehicles before Chassis No. 176 3005 557 the following work must also be performed.

• ‒ → Cut mounting bracket -3- at vent wing (metal shears).
• ‒ Take dimension "1" from the removed guide rail and drill holes in mounting bracket -2- (3 welding points).

• ‒ → Transfer dimension "1" to vent wing guide rail and weld on mounting bracket -2- (3 x RP, view 4).
• ‒ Touch up paint.
