=> Repair group 30; 5 Speed manual gearbox; Servicing clutch.

• 25 Nm
• Oil seal
• ◆ Remove, to remove front sealing flange.
• ◆ Install with 10-203.
• ◆ Lightly oil sealing lip.
• Woodruff key
• ◆ Check for tight fit.
• Sealing flange
• Oil seal
• ◆ Renewing .

• Gasket
• ◆ Renew
• Cylinder block
• ◆ Removing and installing of sealing flange and pressure plate
  => Page 13-16.
• ◆ Removing and installing crankshaft
  => Page 13-19.
• ◆ Dismantling and assembling pistons and conrods => Page 13-22.
• 90 Nm + ¼ turn (90º)
• ◆ Renew.
• Plate
• ◆ Observe fitting position.
• Pressure plate
• ◆ Removing and installing pressure plate => Page 13-16.

• Intermediate plate
• ◆ Must be located on dowel sleeves.
• ◆ Do not damage/bend when assembling.
• 10 Nm
• Sealing flange with oil seal
• ◆ Only renew complete.
• ◆ Lightly oil sealing lip of oil seal.
• Intermediate shaft
• ◆ First remove distributor.
• ◆ Axial clearance max. 0.25 mm.
• O-ring
• ◆ Renew if damaged.
• Front sealing flange
