(with gearbox installed)

Removing

• ‒ → Detach shaft from gearbox flange, swing it upwards and hang it on a wire hook.
• ‒ Remove circlip and dished washer
• ‒ Pull drive flange out.

•      A -     Screw Two M 8 x 30 bolts through the slots into the flange.

• ‒ → Remove oil seal.

Installing

• ‒ → Pack multipurpose grease between the lips of the new seal and drive it in as far as it will go.

• ‒ → Install drive flange
• ‒ Install dished washer and circlip. Press circlip into the groove with 30-23 and check that the washer is concentric.
• ‒ Install drive shaft and tighten screws to 45 Nm.
• ‒ Check gearbox oil level and add oil if necessary.
