Note:

The float level is set at the factory and is not to be altered. Adjustment is to be performed as follow if the setting has nevertheless been change or if the float needle valve seat has been moved.

• ‒ → Remove top part of carburettor and place at an angle approx. 60°.

Note:

The spring pin of the float needle must not be deflected.

• ‒ Use bit/gauge to check dimension -a- between float and housing at indicated location and adjust if necessary by turning float needle seat.
       Specification: a = 9 ± 1 mm.
• ‒ After performance adjustment, plug hole in top part of carburettor.
